The cylinder pocket of the holster fits perfectly for the older J-frame size. It actually fits better than the same portion of my Alessi CQC/S holster for the same gun, and Lou's an Old World master craftsman who's been in the business for decades.

Received my 220 Carry Holster.  Looks outstanding! I really appreciate the attention to detail.  To me 1911's and Sigs are somewhat elegant in a quality boned holster.  You got it right.

I received the holster for my M&P yesterday.  At first I thought it was going to be too small, but all it needed was a little "breaking in."  I had to search a tractor trailer last night with my K9, which involved removing panels and lying down underneath consoles, so I didn't want to wear my full duty belt.  I wore your holster and really loved it.  My pistol hugged a lot closer to my body than with any other holster that I have used.  Thanks for a job well done!

Just wanted to let you know that I received your holster on Saturday.    I wore it most of the evening Saturday, and will do so today as well.  So far, I'm extremely pleased with it, and think I could get hooked on that carry method.  I passed along your business card to a buddy of mine, Matt, who may also order one.  Very nice work!

I had a holster made by Bluegrass Holsters, it is simply perfect. Now mine is OWB open top for my PM9, but I know he has done a bunch of 1911's.

The owner's name is Brock and he is great to work with, it cost a few $$ more then a big box store holster and is custom built to all of my specs.

I just received an OWB holster from Brock for my M&P Compact. The holster is very well designed and rides about mid-height, slightly higher than the typical snap style holsters. The Kit Carson comes standard with a sweat shield and does a fine job at keeping the gun tight against the body. Overall, a tremendous value. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Bluegrass Holsters again.
