Payment Policy and Customer Notice
Bluegrass Holsters will not charge any customer at the time of their order, unless that holster is to be started within 24-48 hours.

Holsters will be built in the sequence as they were ordered. Occassionally a holster may be sidelined in the order process, however, the customer will be notified of any change in their order status.

Effective Immediately, I will no longer give estimated finish dates on each order. As a one man shop I obviously cannot take new orders, finish existing orders, answer emails, and phone calls all at the same time. In the past I have quoted tight delivery times which were fine in most cases, however, there are many reasons for an order to take somewhat longer than anticipated. Please understand that in most cases, your holster will arrive within 30 days of the date when your credit card was charged. Customers will be contacted if a delay seems likely to push the order beyond the 30 day time frame. Remember, NO CUSTOMER will be charged for their holster until construction begins. You will receive an email from my card processor advising of the charge to your credit card.

Please understand that in order to limit my time on the computer, I will not be answering emails regarding holster status unless it has been greater than 30 days from the date of payment. This policy is to allow me to have more time in the shop building holsters. In the event of a missing delivery, a replacement holster will be expedited and a claim submitted to the Post Office.

As of June 2008 I have been able to keep my backlog to between 2-3 weeks maximum.

Customer Note

"Effective Immediately, I will no longer give estimated finish dates on each order. As a one man shop I obviously cannot take new orders, finish existing orders, answer emails, and make phone calls all at the same time. Most holsters are delivered in approximately 30 days from the date of payment (no customer is charged until work has started on their holster). In some cases this may be longer...and in those cases I will contact the customer. I will continue to post the month which contains the majority of the orders currently being built. Be prepared to wait if you are emailing or calling with questions regarding a specific product. I will do my best to get back to you in a timely manner. If you are calling, or sending a "where's my holster" email, please do so only after the 30 day period has expired."
