Customer Note

Effective Immediately, I will no longer give estimated finish dates on each order. Doing so has given rise to false expectations of an exact delivery time. As a one man shop I obviously cannot take new orders, finish existing orders, answer emails, and make phone calls all at the same time. If you are like me you don’t like to receive products that have been rushed and have obvious flaws. For this reason no holster will leave my shop until I am completely satisfied with it…“If I won’t wear it, you won’t get it” is the shop motto.
 
Please understand that I cannot answer “where’s my holster?” emails or telephone calls. To sort through a list of mailings and holsters on my benches would slow down the whole process. I promise to work hard to deliver THE best custom gunleather in the shortest possible time frame.
