Customer Promises and Warranty
  • Customer Service is second only to providing quality gunleather. I realize that not every customer will be totally happy with one of my holsters and I will strive to make things work for each customer. I recognize that in some cases it will be impossible to achieve this goal, and for this reason we have a generous return and warranty program.
  • All holsters come with a 3 day evaluation period. During this time the customer is encouraged to look over the holster, evaluate the construction, wear the holster, insert and draw your firearm from the holster on a limited basis. If during this evaluation period you, the customer, decide that the holster is not something you want, you may contact me for a return authorization. The holster must be returned in like-new condition and cannot have been subjected to the elements or excessive wear (don't buy it for a competition and then try to return it). Once the holster is returned and found to be in sellable condition I will refund the purchase price minus any shipping costs.
  • Holsters are additionally warranted against defects and workmanship for a period of one year from date of delivery. This warranty includes the leather used in the construction of the holster, the stitching, and the molding for the specific firearm stated in the original order. A limited one year warranty exists to cover the dye and finishing process. This limited warranty does not cover what appears to be normal wear and tear. Warranty exclusions include, but are not limited to, the following: extreme exposure to the elements (some circumstances cannot be prevented, thus LEO's and military personnel may request consideration if this occurs - think Hurricane Katrina - ID or statements from supervisors will be required in these limited cases), holsters being used for a firearm other than the originally stated firearm ordered by the customer, holsters which have been used as chew toys or retriever training for your dog....I could go on but I am sure that you get the idea.
 

Customer Note

"Effective Immediately, I will no longer give estimated finish dates on each order. As a one man shop I obviously cannot take new orders, finish existing orders, answer emails, and make phone calls all at the same time. Most holsters are delivered in approximately 30 days from the date of payment (no customer is charged until work has started on their holster). In some cases this may be longer...and in those cases I will contact the customer. I will continue to post the month which contains the majority of the orders currently being built. Be prepared to wait if you are emailing or calling with questions regarding a specific product. I will do my best to get back to you in a timely manner. If you are calling, or sending a "where's my holster" email, please do so only after the 30 day period has expired."
